When I performed my search, I was looking for a program that seemed reliable and trustworthy.

Yes, they were.

Why did you choose NSC?

The university counsellor at my high school actually referred me to NSC when I mentioned I was interested in spending a year abroad in China. Moreover, after communicating with Amy both on the phone and by e-mail, I saw how organized and committed she was, and it was a no brainer from there. Looking back, I definitely made the right choice!

How did you feel about NSC’s accommodations?

I loved my apartment! It was fantastic, with great, up-to-date facilities, in a prime location… I miss it every day!

How do you feel about NSC’s service?

I think NSC was great, the staff were really hands-on and involved with us.

If there anything NSC should do to improve its service in any way?

Nothing really comes to mind. As said, I had an amazing experience with NSC.

Was there a time where NSC’s service impressed you? If so, please say a story.

Again, no particular story comes to mind. However, I was consistently impressed with how hands on and engaged the staff were. In fact, while I was there, most of the participants, myself included, looked at Amy as more than our ‘program leader’. Rather, we saw her as a friend. I think this is very important, especially when integrating into a new culture.

Would you recommend NSC and our programs?

Definitely!
