Hi my name is Shuching Wang and I am a biomedical researcher at the University of Tennessee.

When you performed your search what was the most important attribute you
were seeking in a program?

When looking for a program, my main concern was safety. I wanted a program I
could trust, a program that would communicate with me in a prompt and
efficient manner and Next Step China offered that.

Was the staff helpful in answering all of your questions in a timely manner?

Absolutely! I definitely liked the manner in which my questions were answered. My daughter still communicates with many of the staff members regarding any questions or concerns and they are a great help to her even now. In addition, I know I can count on them to give me a prompt response to any questions I have.

I chose NSC due to the impressive amount of positive reviews I found through heavy research. I read all the positive comments about NSC and I even did research on their business accreditation and I was very impressed with what
