My name is Isabelle Han and I am a high student in Arlington, Virginia.

When you performed your search what was the most important attribute you were seeking in a program?
My family and I were looking for a program that was inexpensive and reliable/trustworthy.

Was the staff helpful in answering all of your questions in a timely manner?

Yes, my mom sent way too many emails to Amy but she still answered all of them really quickly!

Why did you choose NSC?

Because it was the cheapest option and offered the most freedom(like not having every day completely planned out) and was the right time range and in Beijing.

How do you feel about NSC’s accommodations?

I choose to stay at the university dorms at Dorm 17, which was really nice. I have also seen the other dorms that other international students were put in, and Dorm 17 was SO much better. I liked that it was so convenient to the school buildings, supermarket and subway station.

How do you feel about NSC’s service?

I think everyone was so helpful and welcoming , I liked that it was more personal service. Everyone was genuinely friendly.

If there anything NSC should do to improve its service in any way?

I really don’t have any complaints….everything was fine.

Was there a time where NSC’s service impressed you? If so, please say a story.:)

They responded to emails really quickly. Also the website was really good, when I first saw it it looked very professional, it answered all of my questions and didn’t seem sketchy or weird.

Did NSC meet or exceed your expectations?

Definitely exceeded my expectations, I thought that there might be a small chance that NSC was actually fake but it wasn’t!

Would you recommend NSC and our programs?

YES!
