My name is Daniel Pokorn and I am an independent translator.

When you performed your search what was the most important attribute you were seeking in a program?

I was looking for a program that would allow my son to achieve fast learning in a comfortable environment. This is the first time he’s been travelling on his own, so comfort was a big factor.

Was the staff helpful in answering all of your questions in a timely manner?

I was very pleased with the way the staff answered all of my questions in my emails within a few days at most. I had a lot of questions, and each was answered in a professional, timely way.

Why did you choose NSC?

The comfort and proximity to schooling were probably the main reasons my son and I opted for him to go with Next Step China.

How did you feel about NSC’s accommodations? (whether you visited or saw from Child’s pictures of skype video)

My son was happy with the accommodations. He told me it was very comfortable and that he could apply himself to his studies without a problem thanks to the large desk space.

How do you feel about NSC’s service?

I think the service is professional, timely and safe. I was wary of paying for the service online but realized that my money was in good hands.

Was there a time where NSC’s service impressed you? If so, please say the story.

I was really reassured to be able to actually talk to the staff over the phone, since emails only go so far in satisfying a customer. I felt more confident about choosing Next Step China when I could actually hear the voices of those who would be talking to my son for his 3-month stay.
