>The Executive Program is designed to improve your Business Mandarin and develop a further understanding of the Chinese business environment and culture. Next Step China’s Executive Immersion Program is for anyone; however it is invaluable and especially relevant for recent graduates, working professionals or executives who have at least 1 year of Chinese Language training. A bonus feature of attending the Executive Immersion Program is that all participants will receive a hand-tailored suit from Next Step China.
In our program you will work on business vocabulary, understanding and writing business contracts, periodicals, government policies, news releases and more. Nevertheless, your curriculum will depend on your Chinese Language Assessment as well as your needs, interests and specialization. The schedule of your learning sessions is very flexible, to work around your busy schedule.
Tutors will incorporate all or part of the following cultural lessons into your program:
Lesson 1
A: Social occasions, Greetings, Introduction, Apology and Congratulations
B: Expressions used for travelling, bus riding, telephone conversations and making appointments
Lesson 2
A: Expressions used for business activities such as giving briefs of a company or product, getting or giving a quotation, commenting on the quality of products and services
B: Consulting, Negotiating, Bargaining, Writing or Revising a Plan, Discussing a way for partnership and cooperation, making comments on problems, analyzing and solving problems
Lesson 3
A: Your industry’s special terms
B: Special curriculum for your industry (Ex: Journalism, Marketing, Fashion, Finance, Accounting, etc.)

A: Reading the Newspaper and news releases
