The moment I arrived in China the airport pick up was so helpful. I also was very impressed with all the materials that were provided (Cell phone, backpack, phrase book, etc.) The staff was always very helpful in helping me to get a tutor that matched my learning style.

I was consistently impressed with how hands on and engaged the staff were. In fact, while I was there, most of the participants, myself included, looked at Amy as more than our ‘program leader’. Rather, we saw her as a friend. I think this is very important, especially when integrating into a new culture.
