Browse through the Next Step China website and find a program that suits your specific needs. Next Step China has many programs to choose from, so take your time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!

Go to Apply Now, which is also located on the top of our website. Please fill in the required and additional information needed to submit your application to the program. Upon receiving the application, we will then send you a confirmation of your application.

Upon approval of the application, Next Step China will send you an invoice for the $250 non-refundable program deposit (included in the final price), if you have not already paid it online. Please pay this invoice as soon as possible to ensure your spot in the program.

If you are enrolling in a student program with a university, we will ask that you scan and email the following:

1. Section of your passport with Name, Picture, Address and Passport Number

2. Your High School or College Diploma or its equivalency

3. Emergency contact's passport information page or driver's license

If you are not enrolling in a university, we will not need these documents. Please skip to Step 6.

Once we have received the documentation, we will enroll you in the university program of your choice. We will email you the JW202 forms and invitation letter. These are the required documents needed to apply for a Student Visa.

Locate your nearest consulate or visa services agency in your country. Please go to the Visa and Travel section of our website for the nearest location. If you are enrolling in our Student Program with a university, please include in your visa application the JW202 form, as well as the invitation letter sent by us. If you are not enrolling in a university, we will provide you with instructions on how to obtain your visa. Please contact us.

Estimated time (please allow approximately two weeks to receive your visa)

Once you have received your visa, please inform us as soon as possible. Please pay the balance due on the initial invoice that was created when you submitted your application. The payments can be made through Google Checkout, PayPal, or a Bank of America wire transfer (SAVE 1% if this option is used). Please pay the bill before the payment deadline.

Once your payment has been made, we will be sending you a receipt as well as Next Step China�s Pre-Travel Guide and an itinerary of your first week in China.Please also send us the details of your flight itinerary. Relax! We will welcome you at the airport!
